Privacy Policy
We are a call-only dispatch business. This page explains what we collect when you phone us, how it is used and the choices you have.
Who this policy covers
This policy applies to Mission Viejo Water Damage Pros, a 24/7 dispatch line that connects homeowners in Mission Viejo, CA and nearby cities with independent licensed and insured restoration contractors. Our postal address is 24001 Via Fabricante, Mission Viejo, CA 92691.
We take requests by phone. This website does not ask you to fill out anything, so most of what we learn about you comes from the call itself.
What we collect
Most of this comes straight from you, and none of it is required beyond what a dispatcher needs to send help. Anything optional, such as insurance details, is yours to share or skip.
- Your phone number, as it appears when you call
- Details you choose to share on the call, such as your address, the source of the water, affected rooms and whether the power is on
- Insurance information, only if you volunteer it
- Call recordings
- Basic website analytics, if enabled, such as pages viewed and device type
Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. If you do not want to be recorded, tell the dispatcher at the start of the call or end the call.
How we use it
We use call details to understand your situation, confirm that your address is in our service area and pass the job to a contractor. We use recordings to check that dispatchers asked the right questions and to train staff.
Website analytics help us see which pages are useful and fix pages that confuse people. We do not use your call to send you unrelated marketing.
Children and sensitive details
Our line is meant for adult homeowners, renters and property managers. We do not knowingly collect information from children. Please do not share government identification numbers, payment card numbers or bank details on a dispatch call, because we do not need them to send a contractor and will not ask for them.
Sharing with contractors
To dispatch your job, we share your name if given, phone number, address and the details you described with the licensed and insured contractor who takes it. That contractor is an independent business and handles your information under its own practices once it has them. Ask the contractor how it uses your information.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, such as to answer a valid legal request, or to protect someone's safety. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep call records and recordings only as long as we need them for quality checks, training, resolving disputes and meeting legal duties. After that they are deleted or anonymized. The exact period can vary, and you can ask us what applies to your call.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about your call, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. California residents have additional rights under state privacy law, and we will respond to valid requests as the law requires.
You can also decline to be recorded, decline to share optional details such as insurance information, and use your browser settings to limit analytics cookies. If you withhold the address, a contractor may not be able to be sent.
Security
We limit access to call records to people who need them and take reasonable steps to protect them. No system is perfectly secure, so avoid giving more sensitive personal information than the job needs, such as full financial account numbers.

We may update this policy from time to time. The version on this page is the current one, and continued use of our line after a change means you accept the update.
