What we are

Mission Viejo Water Damage Pros operates a 24/7 dispatch line. We connect homeowners in Mission Viejo, CA and nearby cities with independent licensed and insured restoration contractors. We do not perform restoration, plumbing, waterproofing or fire damage work ourselves, and we do not rent equipment.

By calling our line or using this website you agree to these terms. If you disagree with them, please do not use the service.

Contractors are independent

The contractors we dispatch are separate businesses. They are not our employees or agents, and they decide how their work is carried out. Any agreement for work is between you and the contractor.

Before hiring any contractor, check its licence on the California Contractors State License Board website and ask for proof of insurance. We describe contractors as licensed and insured, and you should still confirm it for yourself.

No promised arrival time

Our line is staffed around the clock, but we make no promise about when a contractor will reach you. We say same-day response when available, and that is not a commitment to a specific time or date. Delays can happen because of weather, traffic, demand or the contractor's schedule.

If anyone is in danger, call 911 first. For gas, electrical hazards or sewage, follow the safety steps on our contact page before calling us.

Scope and price

Contractors set their own scope of work and price. A contractor should explain both before work starts, and you decide whether to accept. Any quote, contract or change order is between you and the contractor, and we are not a party to it.

Prices and timelines depend on the water category, the affected area, the materials involved and the drying time. Nothing on this website is an offer or a fixed price.

Your responsibilities

Give accurate information about the property, the water source and any hazards. Stop the source if it is safe to do so and keep people and pets away from danger. Tell the contractor about anything that affects the work, such as pets, locked areas or known asbestos or lead paint in older materials.

Please also treat dispatchers and contractors respectfully. We may end calls that are abusive or that look like pranks.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Our total liability for any claim connected to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us, which is typically nothing, because the dispatch line does not charge you.

This website may link to outside sites, such as government agencies. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. A link is not an endorsement.

Recording, privacy and governing law

Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. Our privacy policy explains how we handle call information.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Orange County, California, unless the law requires otherwise.
